May I please take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the Hospice care recieved from Legacy for our mother. From the on set of our contact with Legacy, it has been a positive experience. Your community Liaison Victoriana was very delightful and helpful in deciding on Legacy. All of your staff has been kind, considerate and competent. We have enjoyed the relationship with Moureen, Sunny, Candee and Jeanette. Even when I have called you office for additional assistance they have always been courteous and helpfull. Mother is doing well and without Legacy's involvment, we dont see how we could have managed to care for her. God Bless you in your efforts to serve the elderly and their families in our community.

My father and I were nervous about using a hospice agency at first- we were afraid they would not care for our loved one right. But we found our fears unfounded - it was the best decision we made. Our mother was treated with dignity and respect. The hands that washed her and bound her wounds were so gentle and kind. The wonderful lady that was responsible for my mother's bathing spoke softly and kindly to her at all times. The nurse was so gentle with mother that she would often sleep while he cared for her. When my mother died and I called Legacy they immediately sent out a nurse that provided comfort to my family and stayed with us long after my mother's body had left our house. Thank you so much. You made a terrible time in our lives easier and I know that my mother did not suffer as she passed from this world into heaven. Thank you.
